THE PROCESS
On our free discovery call, we will discuss your project and discover if VIP Project 24 is a good fit for your business/ministry. If so, a signed contract and 50% deposit will secure your spot in my booking schedule.
Once you have officially secured your spot, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions on what you need to do to prepare for your VIP Project 24 day. Your prep will include a questionnaire and instructions. We will both have action items to prepare for so we can utilize our time together efficiently on that day. This prep work must be completed prior to your VIP Project 24 day.
We will have your Strategy Call one week before your VIP Project 24 day so we can plan ahead and make the most out of your day. We will address any questions either of us have and create and action plan for the day. We will spend about an hour on that call and make sure we are in alignment with everything we want to achieve during our time together and all information has been received. Your final payment is due 24 hours prior to your VIP Project 24 day.

It's your VIP Project 24 day!
I will begin the day at 8am CST and notify you that I have started on your project. Our objections are clear, you have submitted all the requested information and I will be ready to complete your projects. I’ll communicate with you throughout the day to update you on progress and/or to request any feedback needed to move forward. You will have 7 hours of my complete attention to your projects. Let the fun begin!

I will be messaging you throughout the day with status updates and any questions that come up. You will need to be available to quickly respond to these messages in order to keep things moving forward.
To be honest, it really depends! The scope and complexity of projects vary from one to the next. During our planning call, we’ll talk through all of the things on your list and prioritize them in order of importance. It’s important you know that you’re paying for my time, not specific deliverables. We will know exactly what can be accomplished on your VIP Project 24 day.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is due to book your VIP Project 24 day. The remaining 50% will be due 24 hours prior to your VIP Project 24 days.
Your deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or service with 7-days prior written notice. A deposit is valid for 90 days, and must be used within that timeframe.
Definitely! You will have 30 days of follow-up support for anything related to the work that we accomplished. Simply email me with your questions at deidre@deidreproctor.com and I will reply by email.
